"Upon arrival, construction made it difficult to find the parking lot. We had to call for instructions. Check-in was fine but not personable. We asked for a restaurant recommendation, and the clerk seemed hesitant to suggest anything. The check-in area smelled old and dirty though it didn’t look old and dirty. Our room smelled like dogs and was definitely in need of a deep clean. The toiletries were very minimal and there was no holder for the soap so it had to sit directly on the counter. The...

"My stay was not good . The staff are not helpful. The soap dish came off in the shower on the first use. There was trash that met us at the lobby doors. Staff gave is the wrong breakfast hours and had us wake up an hour early for nothing. The pool was not working inspite of me calling ahead to ask. I was assured it worked. The breakfast was sub par at best. The powdered eggs were terrible. Im wondering why expedia have them down for a good choice. Do not stay here."

"Room and staff were great. Breakfast was uneventful. The pool was small and someone on 5th floor had her whole family there cooking hot dogs under the eaves in parking lot. Some were smoking and there was only one woman had a room. They were dressed very risqué."
