You can purchase food from street vendors on the beach side of the street. There is no night life and no shopping near. "The front desk staff was a bit sterile. Also I requested a room high up very far in advance- they completely ignored this request, placing me on the third floor with a “partial ocean view” that was obstructed my trees. Thankfully, another house staff was able to move my room to a proper ocean view, but why didn’t they do this in the first place? Housekeeping was spectacular though. Have to pay for water and coffee in rooms!! Beach umbrellas a joke, as there were only a few in poor condition that...

"Very nice Hotel, really it os not beach front, but the closest to The beach can get, a main street away! It is an old property, the staff is very nice and helpful, the building is old and the elevators take a while. Location is great! Good place but pricy for the infrastructure."
