"I gave the property this rating because we had a handicap accessible room. The shower head holder was broken. It did not stay attached and in place. The phone did not work at all. We had double beds and they only had two towels of each (2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and 2 bath towels) which was not enough to accommodate the three people that were staying in the room. Also, you could not easily work the tv as it has 2 remotes. The front desk worker had to come up and show us. As a disabled person and not being tech savvy made it incredibly difficult. He used the black remote to press ok and switch to HDMI 2 then use the white remote to change channel and volume. "

"Worst service ever, I misplaced my ID and have had no issues the past week or so at others hotels as I am traveling a lot and waiting on my replacement. Not only would you not let me check in with a picture of my ID, you refused to refund me for the night. Extremely poor service. "

"We had a family emergency and booked quickly and close to hospital. Everything was great. Clean rooms and quiet. We came and went at all hours and parking was great and available close to our entrance. Well chair equipped and staff kept us in clean towels. Renovation was in progress but wasn’t a hindrance of service and noise wasn’t a problem. Thanks for the warm breakfast"
