"We have stayed there many times. The breakfast was great. We had a reservation for the luxury room and was given the standard room. Total surprise to us that we did not get what we reserved. We were so tired that we didn’t go back down to talk to them. Tried to talk to them in the morning but no one was at the front desk. If they would have just told us that there they were overbooked, we would have understood. We will be back. It is a great hotel.

"We left this hotel after one night - we were suppose to be there 2 nights - the smell or cigarettes and pot were strong in the hallway and going into our rooms - the front desk staff was great and helped us check in Travis was very helpful- but the weed smell too strong that would never stay there again. "

"The property was just “ok”, nothing special. The grounds around the hotel were not kept clean and there was only a very small patch of grass - if you are traveling with a dog. The noise from the highway is the deal breaker - loud, very loud - all night long. The pillows were nice, but again, could not sleep much with all the noise."

"Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Besides the front desk lady being really this place fell very short on expectations. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. "

"The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! "
