"The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! "

"My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought...

"I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep...

"Okay room for the money. However, if you are over 48" tall you will have a hard time in the shower. At least in our room! Never seen a shower head that low! They really need to get this fixed."

"The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had no cleaning service the 2 days we were there. That wasn’t a big deal since we were only sleeping there evenings. I would stay again as I have previously. One suggestion would be to include a light breakfast for the prices that we pay to stay there."

"Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty."
