"The staff here are phenomenal, friendly, and welcoming! They remembered us from staying with them 4 months ago during their busy season. They were wonderful to work with when my mother-in-law was on life support. We needed to extend our stay twice, and they were more than accommodating! This time, they accommodated us once again as my husband decided to stay another night. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable place with top-notch staff. "

"The staff was very pleasant, and accommodating. The Manager Kenya is knows the area well, and is always accommodating. Geoff who drives the shuttle to Mayo is very pleasant, and timely. We found it was easier to take the shuttle as parking at Mayo can be challenging. The BEDS are very comfortable, and rooms are very clean. "

"Staff makes the stay wonderful. They went above and beyond for me and my family not ONCE but twice. My sister passed away and I had to travel with my family of 6 from Texas to during a very troublesome time. The staff was soooo friendly, genuine and accommodating.
