"Front desk very cordial and polite. Asked for the maid to clean the room and never happened and by the time we got back to room we were told the maid service had gone for the day."

"I was pleasantly surprised as Hyatt Place Jacksonville had a somewhat posh air about it (the lobby decor, outside deck on the lake and the hotel room). I would absolutely stay there again! It did not disappoint."

The lobby is great place to send the kids it has Foosball tables and great space for kids to be kids; even grown up kids and let their hair down and have some fun. "I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. "
