"Stay was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Easy accessible to public transportation, staff assists with taxi, and to grab pick up location. Downsides to our room: there were only 2 outlets in the room and lights were dim. "

Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. Chun Wei and Shaminah at the front desk are very very good too. Rose in housekeeping is really friendly, helpful too. She kept our room very clean. Siba, the doorman is very nice and helpful too. Thank you! A great hotel, tops in Singapore."
