"This was an amazing hotel in a convenient location attached to several different shopping malls and convenient places to eat. The hotel was beautiful and very close to the main area attractions. The staff allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in and delivered our items safely to our room once the room was available."

"The resort is Beautiful and big . You will always need shuttles to your room. The staff is amazing . It’s at begging of Patong so you will walk down hill in traffic About 3 min to beach. My room .!!!! Amazing view with jet tub Thai style deco and big and spacious 7th fl Issues. 5 star hotel but , Shower cold water , jacuzzi had nice hot water .!! There’s a big carpet under bed Very dirty and looks bad in such a nice room I complained to front but all they said was thank you will tell mgr . And advice housekeeping… I don’t think she’s responsible for dirty shag carpet or cold water…"

"Very small room. Cost effective hotel in good location 5 mins walk to MRT & 20 mins to city centre (telok Ayer station is between raffles place & Robinson road). No staff interactions as digital check in. Very loud Noise in my room from bathroom (5-02) every time neighbors used taps, toilet, shower. Room wasn’t cleaned during 2 night stay but maybe that is a hotel policy to keep cost down"
