Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. Chun Wei and Shaminah at the front desk are very very good too. Rose in housekeeping is really friendly, helpful too. She kept our room very clean. Siba, the doorman is very nice and helpful too.
