"The front looked a little beaten up, but don’t be deterred - it is just renovations on the restaurant and the rooms are very nice. There is noise from street traffic, but we still slept well. Front desk was very helpful in arranging our taxi to the airport. An easy 20-minute walk into downtown."
"The staff went above and beyond. Because of them, I gave it an excellent rating. It's located in an older strip mall outside of downtown, but within walking distance to the historic park and the raptor rehabilitation center. There is no restaurant there, but a brewery with sandwiches and a food cart with Mexican food are within walking distance."
"This is a delightfully unique property with outstandingly friendly, polite and attentive staff. It may be owned by a big chain, but it is as charming and gracious as any bed and breakfast inn. We feel we found the best accommodations in Juneau and right down the street (4-5 miles) from the only glacier park you can drive to. Our room (201) was spacious, clean, cozy and well appointed. I am a particularly fussy traveler but have to say I was so pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this...
