I wanted to give this place a 1-star rating, but that wouldn't be fair. We stayed in a very spacious suite that is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. It's a bit noisy from the road nearby, but other than that I cannot complain. But... The description of the room said that it has a kitchenette and that is very important to my family. Kitchenette means that you can cook, but the place had nothing other than a big fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and two paper cups. That's not a kitchenette! We had to go and shop for some basic stuff to be able to warm what we can in the microwave. Next day when I came to discuss this with the management, they shrugged at me and said - that's what we call a kitchenette. Basically, we don't care. 5 stars for the room with a fridge and a microwave. 1 star for false advertisement and non-existent customer service skills. This averages 3 stars and I am being generous.

Southampton Gem
Beautiful new hotel. Huge, comfortable, well-appointed suite. We were greeted and shown to our room by the owner (?) Steve. He told us all about what they had done with the property and what they are planning to do. We definitely want to go back!

We checked into The Bentley in South Hampton & found it to be Superb! Everything was Outstanding especially Steve! A Special Thank You to Steve for the Early check in of our Three Spacious, Clean, Rooms with All the Comforts needed Plus!! We arrived extra early & we were All Graciously Accommodated Immediately & with Courtesy, Respect & a Smooth & Quick Check In! We were attending a Wedding in Aquabogue & were Graciously accommodated! Thank you again Steve for Going All Out for Us!! And Thank You for Assisting us with much needed Directions! Look forward to returning to this Gem!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The price was reasonable yet it was clean, quiet and very tastefully decorated. I travel a lot and never leave reviews but made an exception for this one.

One of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Although the building may have been there for some time, these people spared NO expense in their one year remodel. The details are incredible. The shower is best. A lot of design work went in and the finished product is a truly great hotel. I'm told they will be adding a restaurant and bar in the near future. The staff was top-notch. Very Uniquely and pleasantly designed. The rooms are fantastic, spacious and clean. If I stayed on a warmer day I would have used the pool. The grounds appear meticulously well kept. Will be returning here in the future l.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. It was dog friendly. The room was large and clean and had every amenity you could want. I can’t wait to go back next summer!

Excellent Choice for Southhampton
Our recent stay at the Bentley hotel was excellent. Our room was beautifully designed, clean and very spacious. The hotel location is very convenient to the beaches and restaurants with tons of parking. The hotel pool was warm, clean and very quiet for relaxing. We would highly recommend the Bentley hotel.

Buyer Beware of a rates scam with the hotel
While the property is well kept and the rooms are nicely renovated these guys are running a shister business. With advertised rates on Hotels.com advertising $764 for a Saturday night stay, their front desk manager quoted me over $900 by phone thus I booked on hotels.com only to get the attached receipt at check-out which lists $544.80. When I contacted hotels.com, the property already charged them $703 for the room despite my receipt stating $544.80. The hotel property is refusing to refund any difference between the receipt at checkout and what I was charged now forcing me to file an overcharge dispute with my credit card company. Even hotels.com tried to intervene to assist and got no where with the hotel. This is just bad faith dishonest business dealings by the hotel property!

We were extremely happy with the newly renovated Bentley Hotel-wish it was a little closer to town but other than that everything was perfect-we loved the pool and the spacious family suite-the help at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating-would definitely recommend!

This hotel is amazing, rooms are so spacious & brand new. Staff was very nice. Can’t wait to go back. Every room has outdoor space & nice pool /hang out area.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and well spaced out. Two separate A/C units (one in bedroom, one in living space) - it was perfect as we have different needs. The pool area was really nice. We enjoyed it as a family. The location was removed from the hustle and bustle of South Hampton but just right to get to each of the beaches and towns. Would recommend to others.

I highly recommend this place. Rooms are brand new and modern but still very comfortable. Mali the receptionist was truly amazing, very professional and sweet. The pools playlist was also great! Overall an awesome experience and will definitely be coming back!

The only negative takeaways was the pool closes too early compared to other hotels we stay at. I wish i was refunded at least some of the money from a cancelation we made or at least offer us another night with a similar price to what we previously paid. I think there could have been a little flexibility with that situation. We will consider staying there again on our next trip to the Hamptons.
