"Regarding our recent stay ( May 2026, room 2028 ). While the hotel’s location is excellent and the lobby restaurant serves a good food, the room condition did not meet my expectations. The room appeared outdated, featuring stained lampshades, stained bedsheets and a severely scratched toilet bowl and sink's faucet. More importantly, there is a plumbing maintenance issue in the bathroom: the shower plate incorrectly indicates the water temperature direction, which led to confusion and water waste...

"As soon as I checked in my room’s AC unit did not work and I blew hot air. My 1st task was to unpack and take a shower. When I got out room was hot like an oven. I called the front desk, the maintenance personnel came, handed me new key to a new room, stating had prior knowledge of this issue. But yet room was rented out. Further no attempt to assist to move my unpacked suitcases. After several trips to the new room, I was able to have a restful sleep."

"Room smelled like 'wet dog'. Digs are allowed in all rooms but they shoukd be cleaning these rugs more iften. My sheet did not fit the mattress so would come off every night. And NO cookies! None."

"This was our second time staying at The Seaport Renaissance, and we were very pleased. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible. The staff are kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean."

"I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"

"The room itself was spacious, but dusty and dated. The room number looked glued together by an excessive amount of crazy glue.The wallpaper was peeling in a few places with some brown residue showing underneath. The pillows weren't so fluffy. I think this was a beautiful room once upon a time. We were only staying for 2 nights and declined service to our room, but somehow they came in anyway while we were out. They dropped off two small chocolates, filled our ice bucket for no real reason, and...

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower. Only bummer is we thought one called for the airport shuttle to arrange pick-up from the hotel, since the card at the check-in desk said to. It turns out, the shuttle runs to the airport every half hour which would have been fine if we knew to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we had just missed one and were worried taking the next would make us too late, so we took an uber to the airport. Otherwise, our stay was great,...
