We booked a spa cabin for 8 days the location was central to everything you needed. The cabin was was clean and comfortable just with the second bedroom was a bit small for my 16 yr old daughter. It would have been good with two single beds. You have to buy washing up detergent as what they gave us was not worth much didn’t clean the dishes well. The cabin was over looking the water but half way though our stay caravans came and blocked our view. But it was a great fishing spot. We will be back in your future. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely weekend, despite the absolute pour down… it cleared up for a bit and the kids loved the pool with the waterslide: the three bedroom cabins are so new and amazing. Unfortunately our two tvs didn’t work the whole time. Maybe it was cause of the rain, receptionist was so great and apologetic. Maybe I should’ve rang them about it. But I didn’t: not to worry! Would love to stay here again.

We had issues with German cockroaches in our cabin. There was dead bugs along the paneling of the walls, urine on and under the toilet seat. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work well as it was clogged with dust and the smoke alarm had a malfunction and went off at random times (we didn’t do any cooking). A very steep price for very poorly cleaned and maintained cabin.

We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst making our way from Canberra to the Gold Coast. Location was perfect as it was an easy walk to local cafes, restaurants and shops. We’d definitely be coming to back to stay again

Loved the pool and the play area and how close the spot was to the beach/town. Lots of things to do. The property was dated especially the kitchen/bathroom. There were no window coverings on the kids beds windows so you could see straight into the shower/toliet area! Eeek!

Peaceful park on the river
Fabulous location on the river yet only a 5min walk to town. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, friendly atmosphere, well kept grounds and reasonable wifi. The cabin was clean and well stocked, very small living area but large sun drenched deck made up for it. My only negative was as an adult sleeping on a lower bunk bed, the mattress was terrible!!! Likely fine for a 5 or 10yr old but an adults body sunk straight through to the boards. It was very uncomfortable and i had to use a doubled over dooner from the upper bunk to lay on and I'm not a big person. There also appeared to be a patch of mold on the ceiling in the bunk room. We did however thoroughly enjoy our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Oh and shame they didn't hire out or provide kyaks or canoes as its the perfect spot to drift out into the tranquil waters.
