Staff were really friendly. Rooms were clean. Buffett was varied. It is a family friendly hotel. In terms of increasing to a 5 star review the rooms could do with a bit of updating, particularly the bathroom. The lobby was a bit plain. Rooms need to be renovated as furnishing looks old and worn. service was great as usual but the front drop off should have more slopes for strollers/handicap access.

The Staff on duty when I checked-in on the 3rd and when I checked-out on the 5th December were excellent. Room was clean. The location for access to mass transit was a deciding factor.
