"Michael and his team (including Wan Lee) did a great job handling my reservation. Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). "Excellent location close to NUS university and theres is an entire block of restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store right around the corner of hotel. Also access to number of buses makes it convenient for public transpiration too. Room was cleaned up well each day too.
