I left a piece of clothing in the room after checkout and they called to let me know...we were too far away to go back but they helped coordinate the shipping to get it back:) Would surely stay again!"

"What an incredible hotel stay. From the minute we checked in to our departure the staff was welcoming, helpful & extremely professional. You can tell they love their jobs. The room was immaculate with a beautiful view from the balcony of the blue green water of the gulf. (4th floor) I highly recommend this hotel that had 3 heated pools. "

"I only got to stay 1 night, so I didn't get to use the HEATED pool, but everything was very nice. I stayed at a more expensive hotel the night before, it it didn't compare to the Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Boulevard. The room was perfect, clean and stylishly decorated. The food was amazing. The bar staff was fabulous. Breakfast was tasty. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt!"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly on arrival. Inside of hotel is very cozy and stocked well. Only complaint would be a grounds keeper for outside property. Trash was full and hanging out of cans and the outside area needed some attention. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. "
