"Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay."

"Great, relaxing environment with a very comfortable bed & good accommodations. Close walk to Grayton Beach and a vibe that harkens back to “the good ol’ days”! The a/c in the room we booked wasn’t cooling, so owner promptly upgraded us to a bigger and much cooler room. Much appreciated! The cafe, Raw & Juicy, on the property serves wonderful food, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This place was AMAZING!! We arrived earlier than expected- we were unable to check in immediately but we were given pool key and parking pass. We decided to explore a little and when we returned just to cool down and expected it to be a long while before we could check in- our room was ready. Our receptionist and General manager were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator and small kitchenette. We will definitely be here again!! Already...

"Loved our stay! Loved being such a close walk to the beach. Helpful staff and clean room. We had a kitchenette so can’t speak to the breakfast."

"Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain."

"We had to make a lot of calls and requests in order for them to clean our room ONE TIME in 6 days. My pair of gasses were stolen from there. The breakfast area is very small for the amount of people there, long lines to get the food. The breakfast menu is very limited.. I make to attends to talk to the manager in regards of those issues, he refused to talk to me, even when he was seating in his office.. I have to call the police about the stolen glasses as the manager didn’t want to check the...

"Great breakfast and very convenient location"

"Over all our stay was good. We were traveling from Orlando to Arizona and decided to stay in miamar for a beach day. Our room had a very weird smell to it but we got in so late that we just dealed with it. Maybe a carpet change is needed in the hallway and rooms. Smelled like cheese pizza. Staff was okay, not overly friendly yet not rude."
