"The hotel was in a beautiful location with 3 pools and was connected to a small secluded cove with a beach, where it was possible at high tide to snorkel. The staff were fantastic; helpful, kind and keen to assist with anything needed. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Facilities were good. There were multiple bars and restaurants on site, with a large selection of different types of food."

"So they will sell you on the ideal of a credit to your room to cover incidentals, great marketing on the half of the f & b team. It actually caused us to use the facilities more than I anticipated. Great location to walking street and other restaurants."
Paradox Resort Phuket

"The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room."

"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Phuket. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, from check-in to restaurant service. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
