"Wir haben uns hier enorm wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer und Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. "Hotelanlage ist schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Außer an der Rezeption wurde man ignoriert als man als voll zahlender Gast auf einem Sofa schlafen sollte. Im Kids Club war gelegentlich jemand da, kam man aber mit einem Kind wurde sich nicht gekümmert. Das Essen war schlecht. Viel frittiertes, viel Reis, wenig Auswahl. Wir haben kaum etwas gegessen. "Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels. Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation. Expedia also promised a $50 voucher for VIP access when I purchased the room. The hotel said this was not communicated to them, and Expedia said they cannot honour after I arrived at the hotel. "wonderful staff. We had a very beautiful sea side room on the top floor. The pool is a bit small but the location to the sea makes up for the small pool. "

"I don’t even know where to begin to describe this place. It felt like home from the very moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast and coffee was delicious.
