When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. They told me to talk to the general manager but she wasn’t there. "
