"The hotel was nice and clean at front of house but the bedrooms and hallways are in need of refurbishment. The second floor hotwater pipes run through the bedrooms making them very hot at night, with no Airconditioned rooms it makes for an uncomfortable sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpfull and can only deal with what they have. This hotel is in a prime spot for all the beach walks and the show ground. With plenty eateries around. This is also a dog friendly hotel. "
