"We stayed in a room with two queen beds in Yavapai West. The room was clean and comfortable. We did have wifi in the room, which we considered a bonus, as that's not a guarantee. Easy to park right in front of the room. Easy walk over to the main lodge, but we preferred to drive as it was icy and very cold (early January). It is VERY DARK at night, so bring a small flashlight with you. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and made great suggestions on where to go for sunrise & sunset...

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the restaurant buffet-like serving line is misleading, because such a restaurant feature wasn’t open for patrons; menu ordering only. Nonetheless, the food was tasty just not buffet style nor the choices one would expect from a restaurant showing a photo of a buffet serving line. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Grand Canyon National Park entrance."

"The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom/shower. However the bathroom door did not have a lock. There was exceptional service from the front desk. They had ice age playing in the indoor pool and upon arrival they had fireplaces going outside and free smores which was the cutest. I am definitely coming back. "

"This was the perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon. Close to Williams for supplies, the Grand Canyon Railway, and restaurants. If you want to drive to the Grand Canyon it's only 30 min. from there to spots like the Bright Angel Trailhead. We're a family of 6 (only one under 16), and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!"
