"Staff were great helping get checked in, also the restaurant and bar staff and cleaning staff were nice and helpful during our meals there. Had the elk burger, would recommend! The room was easy to get too, did not have any issues with access or finding the room itself. Was a short stay but would stay here longer when I am ever back to check out the Grand Canyon again!"

"We did early check in when they emailed it to us. Made the check in process easier cause we got there later at night. However, we only got one key. I don’t know why my husband didn’t ask for another key for the room, but I went back and ask for another key. My boys and I did go to the Fitness Center. "Room was nice but view was disappointing. We expected a view of the Canyon since the hotel sits perpendicular to the rim, but we only had a view of the parking lot. We specifically asked for the best view available at check-in, and were told that a room was available on the 3rd floor (no elevator) that would have the best view. Overall the hotel was charming and we got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise right outside the hotel entrance."
