"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of dining options with great food and excellent service. Also fabulous range of drinks and cocktails with attentive bar and waiting staff. The only only downfall was the cleaning of room each day was a little poor, forgetting basics such as toilet roll and the ants were persistent. "Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "
