"Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had both cold and hot pools which were nice to enjoy at different times of the day. Wish the property would’ve had a drink package or cheaper drinks. Also had to wait for our room to be ready past check in time. Seems like they were a bit short staffed during our stay as some restaurants weren’t open when they said they would be. Overall great and relaxing experience though! We enjoyed food and activities just a short walk/drive from the resort!"

"Hotel and room was clean and smelled good. Nice amenities. Staff were pleasant! Did not like the fact that big animals are allowed at the hotel. Other than that, no complaints. "

"The condo was amazing. I mean, it's older and needs something's repaired (the dresser and some wooden doors in the condo wouldn't close completely etc but mostly from moisture and salt from being coastal, so really was as expected- no complaints from me!!) the layout was awesome, the beds were great! The space and amenities were PERFECT for our family!!! The washer and dryer were a lifesaver!! The balcony was used every single day! The heated pools and beach access and even tennis courts were all so wonderful! The couches were awesome for watching movies together and relaxing after long days of adventure! The kitchen was well stocked with every tool and dish you need to cook and operate daily activities. The large space was great for our family of 6 to do all the things! We played games, ate, hung out, rested up, swam a ton! 100% will be back! The staff were absolutely top notch!! They helped with anything we needed and we had a very chaotic trip lol!!! (Started with cancelled flights and missed nights stay) they kept our condo for us, they helped us with all of our luggage when we were in between reservations, they were super friendly and helpful with greeting you everyday, providing basics for the condo (soap and such). They always greeted you with a mailed and happily suggested things to eat or go do ! Can't wait to stay again!!!"

"Roaches, cockroaches, infested the room we stayed in. The 1st issue was when we arrived we noticed a putrid smell. There was an air purifier in the kitchen area. We assumed the smell was because the island had a bad storm in the weeks prior to our visit and the island had flooded. We arrived late the 1st day and barely spent any time in the room. The next day during sunny hours we started to notice bugs in the kitchen but it wasn't until that night we realized they were roaches. The later it got the more they were infesting the room. That night I stayed up all night taking photos and videos. The next day I called the property owner and no answer so I called Expedia. Expedia made the calls for us and I was refunded all of our money except for the 1st night. No apologies from the property owner. Worst experience we ever had at a rental. "

"Only thought would be to make sure that everything works and is not rusty. Check in was a little problematic given Hotels.com was not available to help me when I called for assistance. "
