"Das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen, dadurch aber mitten in einer grünen Oase. Wir haben dort Tukane und andere tolle Vogelarten gesehen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer oder vom riesigen Pool aufs Meer ist absolut beeindruckend. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise war das zweite Bett im Zimmer recht klein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit selbstgemachter Marmelade. Der Kaffee hat besonders gut geschmeckt. Und auch hier hatte man einen tollen Blick. Das Hotel können wir absolut empfehlen."

With that said it's web site states that it is the only luxury resort on the beach which in our opinion is stretching the word luxury a bit. To us its luxury is not in the facility, which is a bit rustic, but rather the natural setting that surrounds it. Beautiful macaws, howler monkeys, iguanas, tapir, hawk, other wild life in the area, lush green environment and of course the sound of the beach surf all day long....

"What an incredible place to stay! The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was wonderful and even met as at the front of the property to take us to our location. He answered all our questions and gave us a tour. The view was amazing and the pool was right there!
