"We loved everything about the property. Joe and Keith were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful slice of paradise. There are 4 separate lodges each very well appointed with wonderful views over the Uvita landscape. Natures edge is set high up on the hillside in a secluded spot surrounded by lots of flora and fauna. We saw lots of bird life and were woken by howler monkeys! The lodge had a small useful kitchenette with full cooking facilities available at the pool....

"Hotel Villa Drake is a lovely small family run hotel at the top of the small town. The family are very friendly and happy to help, they cooked us a fresh breakfast every morning, even when we needed it at 5:20am. They arranged tours for us and the father is also a taxi driver so took us to the airport at the end of our trip for a reasonable price. "The property is completely new, well managed, very clean and overall really nice. It's quite centrally located in the middle of the village, which in Agujitas de Drake still means that you're mostly surrounded by rainforest. "Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. If you want to sleep immersed in the sounds of jungle, with a steam running along the property, this is the place! We have traveled the whole of Costa Rica now; this is our favorite place so far! "Ganz tolle Familie. Wir sind 4 Nächte geblieben und haben sie langsam kennengelernt. Tolle Menschen, hilfsbereit obwohl wir uns kaum verstehen konnten, da wir kein Spanisch sprechen. Das Essen war fantastisch! Tolles Erlebnis! "

"Jessica the owner was so helpful and amazing customer service. The place is wonderful and infinity pool was great. She also advised us places to visit which were really helpful. Jessica was always there when you need her. Plenty of food for breakfast which is served near the pool and astonishing view over the mountains, valleys , forest and even the sea!!!!!! "Beautiful property, nice pool, air conditioning, access to fridge and kitchen. The wifi signal was very weak, tiny bathroom too small to get dressed in was a problem staying with three people. The hotel listing doesn't match the actual hotel. The hotel is located down a long rocky dirt road. It's a 15 or 20 minute walk to get food in the heat unless you have a car or take an uber. It would be nice to have access to food closer but mainly as a traveler without phone service in Costa Rica I needed...
