"Was given the wrong bed type then told repeatedly we received what we booked as I held my reservation in my hand stating differently. No apology no explanation."
"We booked day of and showed up for check in pretty late. The person at the front desk was helpful on checkin. There was no parking, and the room had not been cleaned and was pretty bad.
Again the person at the front desk was very nice and understanding but could not process a refund without a manager.
We left and the next morning the manager at the front desk did approve the refund"
"The person at the front desk checking me in was rude and unfriendly. She had a phone call from another guest about a toilet not working, then made phone call about this situation to a maintenance guy. She should have waited or excused her self. Then hours later my parents toilet wasn't flushing either. There was no elevator so it was a challenge to pack my large suitcase up and down."
"I liked the fact that a restaurant was right on site and having a casino adjacent to the hotel and restaurant was definitely a drawing card to schedule a 3 night stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also."
"The staff are friendly, able to accommodate our cats and able to get a parking spot just in front of our room. Just the cleanliness of the floor needs to improve, too dusty and there are candy wrappers under the bed. It would be great if there’s a microwave and fridge as well. But overall stay was great and the price was reasonable."
