"Nicely positioned for caister beach which is a fairly short walk and was fairly quiet when we went. Parking was always available around the corner and the pub is closed so no noise from there as that is next door. The property was spacious for us and the kitchen well kitted out. Two toilets was convenient and has a small outsie space. There were some minor improvements needed to decor, some re decorating would help. "Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...
