"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies.
Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean.
I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel...
