"It is a great option to stay especially if you are traveling with kids. The place is newly renovated and pretty clean. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and sheets and towels were crispy clean. It is pretty quiet, however it is not soundproof: we could hear neighbors walking upstairs. "Apartment and property is very nice, just as described, clean, comfortable, in a nice area. It has all amenities one would want including a very nice pool. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, two full baths, washer, dryer, dish washer, full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Property grounds are well maintained. Overall excellent, would definitely reserve again. Approximately 10-15 minutes from beach."

"Had booked this place at a pretty high price for five days a month in advance. Never received any email or phone call ahead of our visit for the access code to enter the house. We (including 2 older parents, 2 little kids) got there after all day of travel to find out that we cannot enter the house. Called and left VMs for the owner multiple times but got no response.
