"Starting to look a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Dinner was lovely in the evening, however breakfast was disappointing, layout was poor, with no coffee options ! Spa was nice and included in the price."

"Just arrived home from a 2 night stay at the woodlands hotel . Receptionist holly is very friendly and welcoming also helpful with information on places to visit. All the breakfast staff are polite everyone makes you feel welcome. Rooms are clean warm and comfortable Ideal base for lakes and towns . Did not want to leave will definatley stay again."

"We had a fabulous couple of days here, from the personal welcome as you arrive and the glass of Prosecco as you check in, the staff were all very welcoming and work hard to make the stay special. The spa, the food, the cocktails were all great and thank you for our upgraded room, we loved it. "

"Really lovely stay. Loved the high ceiling in the bedroom and the fantastic view of Windermere even from the ground floor. Tea/coffee making facilities. Very helpful friendly staff, great location and so easy to use. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Could do with more pegs/shelves in bathroom."

"The hotel is in a great position, right by the lake. Plenty of areas to sit out weather permitting. Staff are friendly and helpful as well as being efficient. Near by some of the attractions of the area i.e. boats and steam train. Would definitely visit again."

"We loved everything about our stay at the Wateredge Inn. The place is beautifully decorated, the room was quiet and cozy, parking was so easy and the food was just delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We will definitely be back in the future. "
