"Absolutely loved my stay at Xana Hotel! The central location is unbeatable—right in downtown Guangzhou, close to the train station, and surrounded by amazing local food options. As a business traveler with family, I truly appreciated the warm and friendly front desk staff who made check-in incredibly fast and smooth. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout my stay really stood out. Everything was just perfect. "Firstly I didn’t realise there were no windows in the room (my mistake) tried to move but the staff very unhelpful, hotel is very dirty our room stank of cigarettes so the cleaners came up and sprayed air freshener I would rate this hotel as a poor two star at best. It is quite far out from the centre of the city (about 30 ish mins on the metro) and nothing to do in the local area. It reminded me of a seedy hookers hotel."
