"We really enjoyed turning up and was very excited about the beautiful views from the property. Unfortunately any ordered food was stone cold as it was brought in from another source. Not enough towels provided.Water to even flush the toilets went off for several hours with nothing. We felt intimidated by the staff warning and producing many, many rules and regulations that spoilt our stay. "
