"It’s not really a family friendly environment some of the staff conversations were inappropriate and it should be more security around when it’s crowded I didn’t feel safe, so I checked out the same day. The hallways were too loud with teenagers. I’m disappointed was not worth the money. Waste of money."

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."
