"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "The building was falling apart. On our way out, a ceiling tile fell right next to us! The water park and arcade was nice but everything else was old. We tried eating breakfast at the buffet and the food was covered with flies! Such a mess"

"The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....
