"Overall the majority of the staff were welcoming. However there was an occasion we asked at breakfast time could we have a window table at dinner time. I said that it need not be every night but was told by the restaurant attendant that the system books the tables so they cannot assure my request. I asked to speak to the restaurant manager and after rolling her eyes she said ok. The restaurant manager came and said that the system books table booking on a first come first serve basis so that she cannot guarantee our req . This seems as though humans canโt use their analytical skills to look at what the โsystemโ is booking and adapt it accordingly. The five nights that we were there, only one night was busy where most tables were occupied!"

"The reception and restaurant staff all amazing and couldnโt do enough for you. A massive thank you to the electric mini bus driver, he helped us out at the hotel car park and drove us back from Salcombe, very polite and knowledgeable person. Facilities at the hotel amazing and right on the beach. Spa staff just as amazing as everyone who worked there. Food in the restaurant great quality and reasonable prices. Continental breakfast just perfect. Thank you for an awesome stay."

"The hotel overall was good. Me and my wife was here for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was lovely. We had to check out early as my wife had work to do and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd say could be improved here is that they can have AC put in at the hotel because it does get hot inside during hot weather"
