"I checked out over 2 weeks now and cannot get back my security deposit!!! The customer service is terrible. I called front desk and before they even took my complaint, they had me on hold for over 5 minutes. I was calling from overseas. To date, I have not gotten back my refund!!!"

"Front desk Jennifer upgraded our room for free. Beach was not as beautiful like Destine. But for an overnight stay with a huge pool and beach front that’s near in the Cruise terminal it’s worth it, book this Hotel you won’t regret it. You car is safe with Valet staff. It’s the Cheapest around the area but clean and good staff- that matters most to an overnight travellers like us! Thank you!"

"AIR CONDITIONING WAS LOW. AREA AROUND PROPERTY NOT CLEAN. KILWINS ICE CREAM MELTED (NEARBY VENDOR). I PAID MUCH ORE THAN I WOULD WITH MY WYNDHAM REWARDS ACCOUNT. I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED TO MATCH WYNDHAM PRICES."
