"The bad experience started with the shuttle service provided from the airport. Apparently you have to contact the hotel to request a shuttle after you collect your bags in the airport which is impossible if you are an international traveller, given that they do not reply to messages or texts. "I loved how friendly and responsive the front desk staff were. The pool area was great, clean, loved the music. I had the best cheeseburger I’ve had in decades! Diverse patrons were nice. Able to see the dolphins swimming nightly from the outside tables at the bar."

"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."
