"We have stayed her several times. The hotel is very nice, clean and the grounds and public areas are well kept. The room was clean and in good condition except for the sliding balcony door. 2 issues, #1 the glass was so dirty it was hard to see through. We asked housekeeping about this and they said they would report it, and that was as far as it went. So my wife used a towel and water, it wasnt great but it was a lot better. #2 It took all of my strength to open this door. I realize that...
