"Every thing was amazing food and drinks to the fire pits on the terrace area"

"What would have been a good review is now a negative review. I booked through a third party and apparently a resort fee is charged separately from the payment through the app. I was never informed that my credit card would have this charge, it showed up after the fact. When I questioned it I was told it was for the pool, towels, beach chairs and parking however the pool was not open so we couldn’t use it nor did we use beach chairs or towels. We were one of only two cars in the lot as it was a slow time of year. When I questioned the charge I was told I would get a call back later that day but didn’t. I called 3 days in a row and was always promised a response but didn’t hear anything. Finally I called again today and was told that all guests have to pay this charge despite the fact that there were no resort features provided and I hadn’t been informed of the charge. All in all a dissatisfying customer service experience and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. It is the lack of transparency and failure to communicate that are the real issue."

"Our stay was great. The location is perfect. We had our dog and the woman who checked us in was really accommodating and helpful. The property is next to a beach which my dog loved. Lots of great food options nearby. Definitely will be back."

"I really like staying here in a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and frig and microwave, so I can buy groceries and do my own cooking in the room. A big space for a reasonable price. Very clean property, well-maintained, and you only have to cross the street and you're on the beach, which is a BIG PLUS!"

"It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. In order to give the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of time to warm up- we left and came back after dinner. The room was still freezing. We tried calling after hours maintenance to come. We left a few messages and no one came - in the morning We also called the emergency phone number again. No one came. They eventually did change our room however we’ve been trying to reach them because we feel a partial refund is warranted and we have not been able to get in touch with anybody. This is just really unacceptable."

"I love this hotel off season. We were actually the only ones staying there I believe. The rooms are so clean and modern. The bath soap, lotion and shampoo were the highest quality. The sheets Frette and the towels Matouk! I love that it is across the street from the ocean & across the street from town. My only small complaint was that the housekeeper never came to change towels, fix bed & empty trash. We were there 2 nights & fortunately neat & hung our towls after use."
