"FANTASTIC hotel!! My wife and I were massively impressed from the moment we walked through the front door (especially compared to the budget hotel we stayed at in Naples). I believe Judit was the receptionist we interacted with the most, and she was amazing, accommodating every request we had to the best of her availability. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern, and the AC was very effective. We really appreciated the complimentary beach towels as well in the reception. The hotel is in a great location as well if you're interested in staying near Valleta, but not *too close* to Valleta. The streets are calm in the evening, but Valleta is just a short walk away if you want to experience the energy of Valleta. Also, the nearby Triq Sant' Anna Street has almost all of the bus lines pass through it, so getting around Malta by bus is an absolute breeze.
We didn't opt in for the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but there's several nice cafes in the area for a basic breakfast. Overall, can't recommend 23 Boutique enough, and it may just be the best hotel we stay at for our entire Europe trip!"
