"Location was amazing nice rooms. Hooke of the check in staff were grumpy. We stayed here twice and the first time was an accessible room which we ere not informed of and the bathroom flooded really quick making it slippy. Great views of the bay though and easy walk to downtown restaurants."

"This is our second visit to the hotel, all the rooms have been fully refurbished recently and it really is a wonderful place to stay. The location is at the top of a hill but for most this won’t be a problem as they operate a buggy service to and from the beautiful town centre. The only area of the hotel which could do with some minor improvement is the outdoor pool. The bars and food are excellent and cleaning/staff very attentive. Would (and indeed have) recommend this hotel 100%. Personally would recommend a sea view room if you can"

"The check in receptionist Annmarie was very helpful as was the lady at the guest service desk. Also all other staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that the hair dryer in our room did not function very well. I am sure that it will be fixed."
