"Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!"
"Wonderful location. Clean, very good breakfast. No parking anywhere near unless you are a resident according to front desk. Had room 7 that was 7 flights of stairs and more rooms higher. The staff helped with luggage but it’s a hike along with the parking garage way up a hill where you park if you have a car. There were earplugs provided for the noise on the nightstands. I’m 6’2” and the bed was small in both length and width. Shower is the smallest I have encountered anywhere in all my travels....
"Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent with views of the sea and a lovely beach area. Excellent restaurant with a fabulous breakfast buffet and delicious à la carte options. A wonderful experience. The only drawback was our room had a few issues, such as with the card sensor at the door not working properly and the lights turning off automatically, which was a problem in the evening time being suddenly plunged into darkness.
