Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing.
