"It is a decent place but if i visit Sioux Falls again I’d stay somewhere else. Main reasons rooms have slightly unpleasant smell, far from everything, and the night we stayed our windows were hissing and bending in from strong winds outside. Moved once to a room on the same side of the building same problem. Eventually moved to a room on the opposite side."

"I drove in around midnight and was informed they do not have a parking lot. I had pay to park in the airport parking and walk across the street. Sheets had a large stain, so they switched my room. However, the rooms in general were actually clean. Breakfast consisted of a few bagels and cereal boxes (without milk) at the front desk. Another customer had his creamer curdle in his coffee and they found it was expired by a week."

"Very clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. we arrived close to 11 PM and the young man at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Even at that late hour. Extra pillows were available. Breakfast was decent. Thank you for a good stay can’t beat the price."

"This house is an older and rustic, but the vibe is fantastic! Rooms were well kept and stocked with the necessities. Very quiet and peaceful even though it is a very short walking distance from downtown Sioux Falls (5 to 8 walk depending on what you wanted to do). Shops, Food, Bars, and Entertainment was super convenient to get to. Check in and out was very simple. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again."

"I am very disappointed withy my stay at your hotel. I arrived on Wednesday, July 22nd and checked out on July 26th, my brthday. My room was not serviced the entire visit. I did ask housekeeping twice when the were on the hall to please clean and change the bedding. and to leave clean towels. I expressed my problem to management/front desk twice during my stay.
