Staff was fantastic. We took our 2 small children who emhoyed the pool very much. Had the pool all to ourswlves for the 3 days we stayed and the staff even put small toys in the pool so they had even more fun. Felt very good to stay at such an affordable place with wonderful staff.

the entire pool/hot tub area was disgusting. Dead flies in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub didn't even work. Stains on the bedding in both our rooms. Extremely disappointed in the facility overall. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was poor but i believe they are upgrading and trying to make it better. Our room smelled like puke with the widows open and fan on. I hope the upgrades help. The pool heater wasnt working and the hot tub was not the greatest.

The parking lot was small , difficult to find a place to park with a larger truck. The room was clean , and the staff was pleasant. Our first night stay was kind of rough due to being able to hear noisy people/ children in the next room. We overheard a crying child and something was thrown at the wall hard enough to shake the headboard in our room.

I cancelled our 2nd night via an interaction between Expedia and the motel. Today I see i was charged over $200 for my stay and the quote was around $55/night. The TV did not work until the manager had to come around and reprogram it, about 5 hours after we got there. Breakfast was poor, NO coffee, urn was empty, plus only biscuits/gravy and waffles, no cereal choices. Never again for Ramada.

The room they gave us had ants! We told the front desk, he came with a broom and swept them up. Didn't spray, didnt offer to move us, didnt even apologize! The ants of course, came back. They were on the bed and the floor! Again, we went up and told them and they did nothing! Finally we went up, he went to a room not far away from ours to where someone was living. She saod she knew about the ants, that it was a daily thing, like it was no big deal. I checked out and asked for a full refund. They tried to offer me half back. I was there for less than 4 hours! I still have yet to get my refund, even after i spoke with a representative via chat with Exepedia.
