"The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room. Its hell of a long walk with steps. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...

"We had a family room and it was very clean and tidy… keep this up…what we didn’t like was no travel pack in room… and wasn’t told about we could use the cups in breakfast area… lovely beds… well recommend .."

"Arrived here after driving several hundred miles and having a couple of meetings and so it was so refreshing that the reception staff were a bright and cheery at 8pm and very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the Best showers in any hotel I’ve stayed in and generally excellent. I will definitely stay there again."

"I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market...

"Great location next to the station. Nice building, with a cool, old-timey vibe. It felt like a traditional British hotel - I was visiting with a bunch of Canadians who appreciated that. The bar was a good amenity. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable (I put my handbag on the bed and we laughed that it basically sunk it), the shower didn't work (it was some weird electric shower thing, so I had to go and use the shower in a friend's room), and the door didn't shut/lock.
