"This was good value for money. There were a couple of things that need attention. The pipework made a loud noise when the water was turned on and the garden gate was broken so our dog escaped. The communication was very good with the host and it was very clean and tidy"

"We had a wonderful stay in Cornwall. Helen was an absolute star our entire stay, from a cream tea ready for our arrival, to posting some forgotten inhalers back to us in Leeds after we had left! The accomodation is beautiful and quiet, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We found it to be very peaceful and loved having the ability to cook our own food with the aid of plenty of supermarkets nearby. This accomodation is not one to be missed!"

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). We had a slight miscommunication at time of booking, but she was so patient and...

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"I booked the property for a family of four and can't fault any part of it. The communication throughout was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. "An amazing hidden Gem. if you want quirky glamping, this is the place for you. Lizzie and Mike are fantastic hosts, made us feel more than welcome. They went above amd beyond. The railway sleeper had everything we needed, kitted out kitchen, communal wash and showers. If you want a peaceful break and dont mind sharing your outside space with Cockerell and beautiful bantams, I would highly recommend. Local village has everything you need and is a 1.5 mile walk."
