"The property was nice clean, when I checked in they asked if I wanted house keeping , I said yes, but didn’t happen we had to go asked for fresh towels. "

"I was never able to check in I do have an open case on this I'm still waiting to hear back from upper management on my refund there was nobody at the front desk to check me in apparently their employees there don't like to work and then when somebody does show up they're extremely rude and belligerent this is all been recorded not just by me but by upper management when I was on the phone with them"
